The UK’s weekly veterinary journal Vet Times has featured a story we highlighted a few weeks ago starring Luke the cat and Gemma the Nurse!  It’s great that such a successful outcome will hopefully serve as encouragement to other owners of overweight pets and the more people know about it the better (Vet Times has a circulation of around 19,500 copies per week going into most if not all UK practices).  Well done Gemma on raising awareness of such an important issue.  Though, as you can see, with the little bit of sunshine in Mossley this week, Humphrey our resident Basset Hound (who has enjoyed his own share of notoriety over the last three years) was not that impressed, as he just had to have forty winks in the George Lawton car park on Tuesday!!

The online community where vets, pets and owners come together. Lots of useful information available but we always recommend to see one of our vets if you have concerns about your pet.
