On entering the reception you will be greeted by a friendly, informative member of staff who will take all the relevant details if you have not been to the practice before.

To aid this, the practice has a well-equipped library and a multimedia CD-ROM facility that is updated quarterly to allow the latest clinical material to be accessed by the veterinary staff.
