Appointments and fees
We do operate an appointment system to keep waiting times to a minimum, however because of emergencies delays are sometimes unavoidable. If you do come to the practice without an appointment we will always see you but there may be a long delay due to the pre-booked appointments.
We aim to keep our fees to a minimum, however, as there is no NHS for pets and the provision of our facilities does cost money, we ask that payment of fees are made at the time of treatment. We accept the following credit and debit cards:
